Introduction

The Basic First Aid, CPR & AED course is designed to equip participants with essential life-saving skills needed to respond effectively to common medical emergencies. Accidents and medical incidents can occur anytime, anywhere. Immediate first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), along with the correct use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), can significantly improve a casualty’s chances of survival. This training ensures that participants are confident and capable of taking prompt action in critical situations until professional medical help arrives.
